Return Policy

We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. That’s why we accept product returns within 60 days of purchase for items that are unused, unwashed, and still have tags attached. Items must also have their original packaging to qualify for a return.

If you received an incorrect product due to a shipping error, don’t worry. Clothing Depot will cover all associated shipping costs for the return.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund in the original form of payment used in the transaction.

We also offer exchanges within the 60-day return window. If you’d like to exchange an item, simply contact our customer service team, and they’ll help you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both returning the exchange item and resending the new selection.
